My unedited speech.. so sianx. Don't like ORD for many reasons. Too many to list them all out. Shall blog about my ORD another day.

Good afternoon mdms, sirs, and all. Cutting the introduction, I shall start my speech today. I'm not very good with speeches so yea..

It has been a long four years for me. However, it was also a short one for me too, as it passed by really quickly. I really appreciated the times in NCC and it was very enjoyable to me. Sorry if I kept on repeating, but I have a limited source of vocab

I never thought that I could be the unit sergeant major of nhncc(G) but yea, here I am talking to you. I was once too a gong-gong cadet, but with the guidance of mdms and senior, i became a still-blur USM.

Anyway, during the four years, i had good times and maybe bad, with my platoon mates, namely the part d. When we were just part a, we got tekan-ed. And it was REALLLLLY tekan-ed by our mdm wenting and eileen. So part A, you are pretty fortunate now as compared to us. Pumping were like a routine. But I guess that is wad make us this united, cause we were also badmouthing our mdms and complaining about them behing their backs and other stuffs like that.

Annual camps, courses, meetings and late trainings. I was both glad that this was coming to an end, however, also feel sad. Cant think of a stronger word for sad.. nevertheless, I would like to thank part D for surviving this years with me.

Anyway, I feel very fortunate to be your USM and being able to serve you for 1 year. There were ups and downs, but I guess we managed to come through together as a unit. Actually we did better than expected, clinching a sliver award in the Best Unit Competition. This was really unexpected as this was our first time as a full company.

Here, I would like to thank Ms tan, Ms wong, Mr fonseka, cadet officers fang qi and tracy, my fellow platoon mates and all of you for helping me run the company and making my training days fun.

To the part c, you all are taking over already so, just do your best la. I think that you all can run the unit well, and maybe better than us. We saw a lot of potentials in you all but try to grow up and at least ACT mature in front of your cadets, not like us la. The leadership that you have is wayyyyyy more than us so you can do it!...

To the part B, left half more years of slacking before you will be going to be part c, which will be more interesting with all those camps and courses. You were once very good, but the standard is dropping, especially your attendance la.. go and pester all those who don't want to come and drag them here. Your Staff here is so sad that the attendance keep dropping la.. (point point Corrine)

To part a, you shall expect tougher days lying ahead of you. Your attendance is very good, and I hope that you all can keep that enthusiasm in you and come for training. The trainings that you all had might be boring for some of you, with just drills and drills, but it will be fun soon, as you will start attending camps, which is totally fun.

I need to cut my speech short before the part Ds get too emotional so, It was very pleasant to know all of you and thank youfor your attention. I know that you all can achieve better standards than us so.. AIM FOR A GOLD!!
